Privacy notice
This notice describes how Qelzor Analytics S. de R.L. de C.V. ("Qelzor", "we") processes personal data collected through the qelzor.com website, in compliance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its Regulations and other applicable provisions of the United Mexican States.

Qelzor Analytics S. de R.L. de C.V., with registered office at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 296, Floor 20, Col. Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, C.P. 06600, Mexico City, is the legal entity responsible for the processing of the personal data collected. 2. Personal data collected
We collect the data you provide directly through the contact form: full name, email address and the message you decide to share. In addition, we may automatically record technical information such as IP address, browser type, operating system, date and time of the visit and pages consulted, for statistical and security purposes.
3. Purposes of processing
Data is used to: (i) attend to your access request; (ii) contact you and follow up on the initial stage; (iii) send you information related to the service when you have consented; (iv) maintain operational records; and (v) comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on the explicit consent granted when submitting the form, on the legal relationship arising from the use of the service and on the fulfillment of legal obligations. When processing is carried out for secondary purposes, you will be informed and may object at any time.
